We are reshaping the Polish education system by creating real-world learning opportunities in schools. With our partners, we run the nationwide Beyond Theory Olympiad, where students launch their own social projects. These initiatives not only benefit their communities but also help students build crucial soft skills for the job market, like creativity, teamwork, and agency. Participants gain expert knowledge through our platform and can deepen their skills with insights from corporate experts and partnership programs.
We also work closely with a growing group of teachers who align with our mission and inspire their students to engage. We support these educators with essential materials and training.
